Why Detailed Reporting Matters

Track Trends: Compare reports over time to identify gradual changes that might indicate developing issues.

Informed Decisions: Make maintenance decisions based on actual condition, not guesswork.

Resale Value: Complete service history and documentation enhances your vessel's value when it's time to sell.

Remote Oversight: Know your boat's condition even when you're traveling or living away seasonally.

Program Benefits Beyond the Checklist

Priority Scheduling

Monthly program members receive priority scheduling for repairs and additional services. When you need work done, you move to the front of the queue.

Discounted Repair Rates

Program members receive preferential hourly rates on all repair and service work, typically saving 10-15% on labor costs.

Prevent Costly Failures

Regular monitoring catches small issues before they become expensive emergencies. A leaking hose found early costs far less than an overheated engine.

Maximize Engine Life

Regular exercise runs prevent internal corrosion, keep seals lubricated, and ensure your engine starts reliably when you need it.

Always Ready to Cruise

Spontaneous weekend trip? Your boat is ready. No need to spend the first day of your cruise performing maintenance—we've already handled it.

Seasonal Preparation

We proactively remind you about seasonal needs like summer air conditioning prep, bottom cleaning schedules, and peak season readiness.

Maintain Resale Value

Complete service records from a professional management company significantly enhance your vessel's value and marketability when it's time to sell.

What Program Members Say

★★★★★

"The monthly maintenance program is worth every penny. We live in Arizona and only use our boat a few months a year. Knowing Seaward is checking on it monthly gives us complete peace of mind. The photo reports are incredibly detailed."

Robert & Linda K. 45' Ocean Alexander | Dana Point Harbor
★★★★★

"Best decision we made as boat owners. They caught a slow coolant leak that could have destroyed our engines. The cost of the program paid for itself in that one catch alone. Their technicians are knowledgeable and thorough."

James Martin 38' Sea Ray | Shelter Island Marina
★★★★★

"I travel frequently for work and don't have time for boat maintenance. Seaward handles everything, and when I get that rare weekend free, my boat is ready to go. The reports are professional and give me confidence in their work."

Karen Thompson 33' Pursuit | Newport Beach

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I customize the service checklist?

Absolutely. While our standard checklist covers the essentials, we'll add specific items relevant to your vessel's unique systems and your priorities.

What if you find something that needs repair?

We'll contact you immediately for urgent issues. For non-urgent items, they'll be detailed in your monthly report with priority recommendations and cost estimates. You decide what to authorize.

Do you provide keys/access to my vessel?

Yes, you'll provide us with keys or access codes. We maintain strict security protocols and detailed access logs. All technicians are background-checked and bonded.

Can I adjust my service schedule?

Yes, the program is flexible. If you'll be using your boat for an extended cruise, we can pause or adjust the schedule. Need extra attention during hurricane season? We can increase visit frequency.

What's the contract commitment?

We require a minimum 3-month commitment to enroll, which allows us to establish baseline data for your vessel. After that, the program continues month-to-month with 30 days notice for changes.

Are parts and fluids included in the program fee?

The program fee covers labor, inspection time, and reporting. Parts, fluids, and consumables (oil, filters, etc.) are billed separately at our discounted member rates.
